How can I cancel my service?

To cancel your service, without penalty, log in to My Account and head over to the Service section. On the Service page, click the “Cancel service” link.

One thing to keep in mind:

Our service is prepaid, so you’ll be able to enjoy your home internet service through the end of your billing period.
