How do I prepare for installation?

You picked your installation date. Now what? Here are a few tips for before we arrive:

• Unplug your old router so we can get your new Wi-Fi 6 router up and running.
• We'll need an adult who's at least 18 years old to be home during the installation
• We love pets, but for their safety, please keep them behind closed doors while we're in your home.

During your installation appointment, our technician will set up your new Wi-Fi and assist with installing the Wi-Fi app on your phone. If something comes up once they leave, our support team is here to help.

Other than that, you can kick back and relax. Super-fast internet is headed your way!
