What equipment will the technician be providing for my installation?

The technician will install and connect the ONT device (or optical network terminal) and connect from the ONT into the Wi-Fi router. Please note, there are times when the ONT and Wi-Fi router are contained within one unit. If the technician determines there is diminished signal in other parts of your home, they may determine it best to also install a mesh extender to help extend your Wi-Fi signal.  

Please note: We recommend that your Wi-Fi router be placed in a centralized location inside your home to ensure maximum coverage and performance.
