How do I check my virtual or physical T-Mobile Fiber Prepaid Mastercard balance?

To check your virtual card balance, visit the T-Mobile Reward Center to review your transaction history or call Cardholder Services at 1-833-261-7504.

To check your physical card balance, choose one of the following options:

• Log into login.northlane.com/ to register your card for online access and to view your balance.  
• Call the number on the back of the card: 1-800-522-7458. You’ll need to provide the following information from your card: 
  First name: Congrats 
  Last name: TMobile Fiber 
  Address: 6220 Sprint Parkway, Overland Park, KS 66211 
• Text BAL to 445544 (standard messaging rates apply).
