Account management made easy. 

We’re merging our T-Mobile Fiber and 
T-Mobile wireless account and billing platforms to simplify your experience.  

Here’s important information on what to expect, plus action to take on a few things: 

Create a T-Mobile ID

If you haven’t already, you’ll need to create a T-Mobile ID to access and manage your T-Mobile accounts. A T-Mobile ID allows for easy management of all your accounts at t-mobile.com. 

Manage your account with T-Life

Once the migration is complete, you’ll need to manage your account and pay your bill with the T-Life app or at t-mobile.com. The T-Life app is the easiest and quickest way to update and manage everything related to your account. You will also now be able to pay your bill in a 
T-Mobile store.

Set up AutoPay

Once the migration is complete, your AutoPay status will be reset and will need to be updated. We will notify you when it is time to set-up autopay.

Reap the benefits

Once the migration is complete, fiber internet customers will have access to T-Mobile Tuesdays perks. Plus, if you bundle your wireless and fiber internet services, you’ll get a $15 discount on your monthly T-Mobile Fiber service.
