If you haven’t already, you’ll need to create a T-Mobile ID to access and manage your T-Mobile accounts. A T-Mobile ID allows for easy management of all your accounts at t-mobile.com.
Once the migration is complete, you’ll need to manage your account and pay your bill with the T-Life app or at t-mobile.com. The T-Life app is the easiest and quickest way to update and manage everything related to your account. You will also now be able to pay your bill in a T-Mobile store.
Once the migration is complete, your AutoPay status will be reset and will need to be updated. We will notify you when it is time to set-up autopay.
Once the migration is complete, fiber internet customers will have access to T-Mobile Tuesdays perks. Plus, if you bundle your wireless and fiber internet services, you’ll get a $15 discount on your monthly T-Mobile Fiber service.
