Will Lumos customers experience a service or price change?

We’re committed to keeping Lumos customers’ internet service running just like it does today and as Lumos customer accounts are transferred to T-Mobile, there will be no price increase.  Lumos customers will see some updates to their billing system and customer service, but we’ll guide you through every step to ensure a seamless transition. ​
