Will anything change in how current Lumos customers are supported?
Customers can continue to reach Lumos the same way they always have—through Lumos customer support channels, online portals and local service teams. Customers can expect changes down the road as Lumos integrates with T-Mobile’s systems, but we’ll keep them informed every step of the way so it’s as seamless as possible.
There will be no immediate changes to how Lumos customers pay their Lumos bill, including any autopay or existing payment arrangements. However, as Lumos integrates with T-Mobile Fiber there will be updates to the billing system, but we’ll guide you through every step to ensure a seamless transition.
