What is the Mastercard® prepaid card offer and how do I qualify for it?

New T-Mobile Fiber customers in Pueblo, CO, and Northglenn, CO, who ordered T-Mobile Fiber internet service between December 1-31, 2023, are eligible for a $200 Mastercard prepaid card. 

Registration, activation, acceptance, or use of this card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in the Prepaid Card Agreement that you’ll receive with your card.
