How do I get my virtual or physical T-Mobile Fiber Prepaid Mastercard?

For virtual cards, once you’ve activated your T-Mobile Fiber service and met all promotional requirements, you’ll receive an email with instructions to set up your T-Mobile Reward Center profile and redeem your virtual T-Mobile Fiber Prepaid Mastercard, including a special redemption code and link to the redemption website.  

For physical cards, one will be mailed to your home address.
