Why won’t my devices connect to my new router?

You may experience issues connecting your devices to your new router if you’re using your previous router’s Wi-Fi name and password. To update, go to your new router's settings and select “forget the network.” This will remove your old router's name. Find your new router's name, create a new password for it, and connect your devices.
