How do I prepare for installation?

You picked your installation date. Now what? Here are a few tips for before we arrive: 

• Unplug your old router so we can get your new Wi-Fi router up and running. 

• We'll need an adult who's at least 18 years old to be home during the installation.

• We love pets, but for their safety, please keep them behind closed doors while we're in your home.

• To keep the same Wi-Fi settings on all your devices, have your current network name (SSID) and network passwords handy. Our technicians can use the same credentials when setting up your new equipment.

During your installation appointment, our technician will set up your new Wi-Fi and assist with installing the Wi-Fi app on your phone. If something comes up once they leave, our support team is here to help.
